My Career Path in innoscripta

My path at innoscripta began in April 2019 after completing my Master's degree. From the very beginning, I was inspired by the goal-oriented way of working. innoscripta is a young and innovative company, where people work every day to become a little bit better and to maximise the benefit to the customer.

Besides personal development, it is great to be always up to date and to build up a broad understanding of the industry in terms of current developments resulting in innovations. Since April 2021, I have been the site manager at our new office in Vienna. I like taking on challenges and grow beyond myself by moving out of my comfort zone every day to reach the next level.

From trainee to team leader: my rapid career

I started as a trainee at innoscripta on April 1st, 2019. I am continually learning everything related to innoscripta's stack and technologies. On September 13, 2019, innoscripta decided to promote me based on my performance (after less than 6 months). In this stage I learned more about architecture, more about machine learning and many other topics.

On December 1st, 2019 I was promoted to team leader, I led a group of 4 people and successfully led the team and again delivered many services. I spent my time learning more and more technical and architectural technologies. On May 1st, 2020 I was promoted again by innoscripta. Here I lead the entire team, of course with the support of several team leaders. And I'm still learning a lot of amazing stacks so far.

My career at innoscripta began in July 2020. It's inspiring to lead my coworkers on their personal career path and to witness their development. From Changing Tires to Department Head: The Rapid Career

His career began at innoscripta with a diverse range of tasks, from HR responsibilities to facility management and even changing tires at company cars. His dedication and versatility quickly became evident, and he was entrusted with more significant responsibilities. Over time, he took on the challenge of managing the company's legal and accounting processes.

2022, he officially transitioned to leading the accounting department. Under his leadership, the team grew to five people, and Tobias successfully managed all legal and tax-related matters for the company. His comprehensive understanding of the business and his proactive approach ensured that the department ran smoothly and efficiently.

From working student to partner - My journey at innoscripta

When I started as a working student at innoscripta in July 2022, I had no idea what to expect. The dedicated team welcomed me warmly right away, and I was quickly able to take on responsibilities. The performance-oriented corporate culture motivates me to continuously improve and take on new challenges. A highlight of my time at innoscripta so far was certainly winning the first internal challenge, for which I received a bonus of €100,000 – this further fueled my ambition and showed me what is possible with full commitment.

For several months now, I have been leading the onboarding of new working students and interns. With great enthusiasm, I support our new team members in quickly finding their way with us and celebrating successes together. I look forward to implementing many exciting projects in the future and getting to know some of you at innoscripta.
