Read moreSustainability at innoscripta: Shaping the Future Together The effects of climate change are impossible to ignore. Extreme weather events, the loss of biodiversity, and rising temperatures challenge us all to take responsibility and act. One of the most effective measures to address these challenges is reforestation – and this is where our commitment begins. Impact Hero x innoscripta: Sustainable Reforestation for a Greener Future As part of our mission to drive sustainable innovation, we are partnering closely with Impact Hero to support reforestation projects in the Global South. These projects are a powerful lever in the fight against climate change: * CO₂ Reduction: New forests absorb carbon dioxide, helping to stabilize the climate. * Strengthening Biodiversity: Restored forests provide habitats for endangered species and promote healthy ecosystems. * Supporting Local Communities: These initiatives create jobs, strengthen local economies, and offer long-term opportunities. To date, Impact Hero has restored over 13 million square meters of forest and planted more than 2.7 million trees. This impressive track record demonstrates the effectiveness of collaboration in tackling climate challenges. Forests: The Lungs of Our Planet Forests are indispensable for the Earth's ecological balance. They absorb carbon dioxide, regulate the water cycle, and serve as sanctuaries for millions of plant and animal species. However, millions of hectares of forest are lost every year to deforestation, agricultural expansion, and illegal logging. Reforestation is more than damage control – it is a key strategy to create new opportunities for climate protection while securing habitats and resources for future generations. Our Mission Together with Impact Hero, we are planting trees to make a measurable contribution to a more sustainable future. Our initiative focuses on three key goals: 1. Advancing Climate Protection: With every tree planted, we reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to global climate stability. 2. Restoring Ecosystems: We are committed to protecting and regenerating critical habitats. 3. Empowering Communities: Sustainable projects provide not only ecological benefits but also social advantages through job creation and education. For us, sustainability is not an option – it’s a mindset. Our partnership with Impact Hero reflects this conviction and is a call to others to join us in making a difference. Together for a Better Future At innoscripta, we view sustainability as a long-term responsibility. Every innovation and decision we make is aimed not only at achieving economic success but also at having a positive impact on our environment and society. Together with Impact Hero, we aim to change the world – one tree at a time.
Moita Bwawani In a remote area of Tanzania, where access to education is a rare privilege, a significant dream is becoming a reality: the construction of a school for children in the Maasai region of Moita Bwawani. This initiative, organized by the Kipepeo-Wajanja Project, aims to provide not only access to knowledge but also hope for the future. Founded by a psychologist from Germany, the Kipepeo-Wajanja Project strives to offer these children a brighter perspective. Education here is not just a personal opportunity but also a foundation for societal participation and political influence—critical for the future of the Maasai communities. Why Education in Moita Bwawani is Life-Changing Moita Bwawani is a remote area far from modern infrastructure. Children grow up in an environment marked by poverty and isolation. Education here goes beyond learning to read and write—it provides children with intellectual growth, a safe space, regular meals, and access to clean water. Additionally, the project creates local jobs, including teachers, cooks, and other staff, actively involving the community in its development. For girls especially, access to education means an escape from early marriage and poverty. Education fosters self-confidence and enables young women to advocate for their rights. The Kipepeo-Wajanja school is more than just a building; it symbolizes equality and progress. The Birth of the Kipepeo-Wajanja Project The driving force behind this project is Lena (31), a dedicated psychologist from Attaching, Germany. Her dream of helping children in Africa began during her childhood. After a life-changing year in Tanzania in 2019, she decided to turn her vision into reality. Together with local partners and supporters from Germany, she started the school construction in the Maasai region of Moita Bwawani in 2022. This project is a shining example of how personal commitment, collaboration, and vision can bring about profound change. Lena worked closely with Step-Africa and the local community to ensure the project is both sustainable and culturally appropriate. Progress on the School Construction The school opened its doors in March 2023. The achievements so far are remarkable: two classrooms, a kitchen, sanitary facilities, and a secure schoolyard provide children with a space to learn and grow. But this is just the beginning. To ensure every child in the region has access to education, the project plans to expand the school into a fully operational primary school by 2024, adding two more classrooms. Other goals include installing solar panels and planting fruit trees to ensure long-term sustainability. The Role of Supporters This project’s success wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of donors and partners. We, too, have contributed €25,000 to this initiative, helping to realize the initial construction phases and equip the school with essential resources. In addition, many individuals and organizations contribute through donations and sponsorships, each playing a vital role in changing the lives of these children. Every contribution—big or small—has a direct and measurable impact. Challenges and Visions Naturally, challenges exist. Building and operating a school in a remote region like Moita Bwawani requires careful planning and ongoing financial support. There are also logistical hurdles, such as transporting building materials and training teachers. Yet, these obstacles pale in comparison to the vision Lena and her team pursue: a community where every child has access to education. The long-term hope is that these children will not only shape their own futures but also actively contribute to the development of their communities. Stronger Together! The Kipepeo-Wajanja Project vividly demonstrates the power of collective effort. You, too, can be part of this inspiring initiative - wheter with a donation or a sponsorship! Visit the Kipepeo-Wajanja [https://www.kipepeo-wajanja.de/] website to learn more about the project and discover ways to contribute. Conclusion: Education Brings Hope The school in Moita Bwawani is far more than a place for learning. It stands as a symbol of hope, equality, and the power of community. Thanks to Lena’s dedication, the support of organizations like Innoscripta, and countless individual donors, the dream of education for the children of the Maasai region is becoming a reality. Together, we can achieve so much more—not only transforming lives but also building a brighter future.
The humanitarian situation in Lebanon remains devastating, especially for children. Since October 2023, the conflict in the Israeli-Lebanese border region has forced many of them to leave their homes and live in insecure, overcrowded shelters. The winter is worsening the situation, and diseases like cholera and scabies are threatening the most vulnerable. Children Pay the Highest Price For more than 450,000 children, the conflict means not only displacement but also the loss of safety and security. Many are traumatized, have lost family members, or must live in destroyed homes. With our donation of 15,000 EUR, we aim to provide urgently needed support to these children and their families. Working Together for a Better Future Our support includes cash assistance to help families purchase essential goods, as well as relief packages containing blankets, mattresses, pillows, and food to meet immediate needs. Additionally, clean water and hygiene products are provided to prevent the spread of diseases. Together for a Better Future We support Save the Children in ensuring that every child has the right to a safe and healthy life. However, the challenges remain immense. Every further escalation will worsen the suffering of children. That is why we call for the ceasefire to be upheld to give children a chance for a better future. Join Us in Making a Difference We invite you to learn more about the inspiring work of Save the Children and take action. All information is available directly on the Save the Children website! Together, we can make a difference!
Last week, the Innoscripta team had the honorable opportunity to visit an orphanage and a school for blind girls in India. This experience once again showed us how important it is to give hope and support. The girls in this institution have already experienced a lot of suffering in their young lives. It was a special joy for us to bring at least a small smile to their faces with a shared meal and conversations. It was touching to listen to their stories and to feel so much courage and positive energy despite the many difficult experiences. A significant contribution to a better future During our visit, we presented a donation of 40,000 euros. These funds will not only secure the girls' medical care, education, and daily needs but will also contribute to awareness campaigns in rural areas. The goal of these campaigns is to inform parents about disabilities and help them support their children in the best possible way. Innoscripta is proud to be part of this important initiative and to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of life for these remarkable girls. We firmly believe that even small acts can have a great impact. Many thanks to the orphanage and the school for blind girls for this unforgettable day and the opportunity to make a difference.
We were deeply shocked by the terrible disaster in the Turkish-Syrian border region on 6 February 2023. After the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, our management team Michael Hohenester and Alexander Meyer, directly arranged for emergency aid in the amount of 10,000 € to be donated to "Aktion Deutschland hilft". As a company, we want to stand by those affected and quickly enable help with our donation. Our Turkish team in Istanbul, in particular, is devastated and would like to support the families in their country with medical supplies, hygiene articles, tents, and food. Our thoughts are with our Turkish staff.
In order to help war refugees not just with donations but to also bring them to safety, we rented busses and drove them to the Ukrainian border. At a pit stop in Budapest, we distributed some of the donated items that we had collected in Munich to the refugees there.
Everyone should have access to medical care. As our contribution to this aim, we donated € 10 000 to the association Doctors for Africa. The volunteer association carries out urological operations and works towards a sustainable improvement of medical care through training projects and the provision of autonomous power supply to hospitals in Ghana.
The animals at Gut Aiderbichl suffered during the pandemic. The lack of income from visitors meant that food had become scarce. With our employees, we donated a total of € 20 000. Hopefully, this support will keep the animals’ full for a while.
Homeless people lack the bare necessities for survival. To support them in their difficult situation, we filled 100 rucksacks with warm jackets, sleeping bags, food and hygienic articles, and together we distributed them around the city.
What would Christmas be without presents – unfortunately, that’s a reality for many children in Georgia. So that the children in Georgia do not end up with nothing at all, we sent sweets, toys and school materials together with a personal gift to Georgia and hope that these helped bring a smile to some children’s faces.
